You can still order if you don’t know your student information. For unknown information follow the directions below.
When you get your student information please send it to cs@collegeproducts.com or call 712-266-3250. We need this information to deliver your products before move-in day.
It is important that you use an email in the STUDENT EMAIL field that will be checked throughout the year for special offers, and return details.
We will be on campus to distribute orders placed on August 1st or later. If you have any questions or need assistance while we are on campus, we will be glad to help.

For December rental returns only. Our local campus manager will contact you to arrange to return your rental.
If you ordered for the academic year and need to return your loft, please call our office 712-226-3250 so we can add you to our collection list. (early termination fee may apply)
Once you have called, we will let our campus manager know and he will contact you and make arrangements to return your rental.
