    You can still order if you don’t know your student information. For unknown information follow the directions below.

When you get your student information please send it to cs@collegeproducts.com or call 712-226-3250. We need this information to deliver your products before move-in day.

It is important that you use an email in the STUDENT EMAIL field that will be checked throughout the year for special offers, and return details.

MOVE IN DAY DISTRIBUTION

    We will provide move-in day support on orders placed on August 1st or later. If you have any questions or need assistance, we will be glad to help.

RETURN INFORMATION

Please make arrangements with your Residence Hall Director to return your loft to the designated loft return location for your building prior to check out.

  • • This is an important step for you to receive credit for returning your loft
  • • The university is not responsible for lofts left behind in residence hall rooms after checking out.

DECEMBER RETURN INFORMATION

For December rental returns only. Our local campus manager will contact you to arrange to return your rental.

If you ordered for the academic year and need to return your loft, please call our office 712-226-3250 so we can add you to our collection list. (early termination fee may apply)

Once you have called, we will let our campus manager know and he will contact you and make arrangements to return your rental.
