While placing your order - if you do not yet know your hall and room number, or your Student ID, you can utilize "Unknown" for your hall and insert "000" for both your room number and Student ID. However, when you do learn this information make sure that you call the office to get this information updated in the system.
It is important that you use an email in the STUDENT EMAIL field that will be checked throughout the year for special offers, and return details.
College Products will be on campus to provide move-in day support and late order distribution. If you ordered after the August 1st cutoff date or are in need of assistance, Please stop by our locations to schedule delivery of your unit.

All Microchills will be collected from the rooms, after all students have moved off campus.
Before leaving campus, unplug your MicroChill unit, defrost it, clean with soap and water, empty and clean the drip tray (small bowl located on the back of the unit on top of the compressor), make sure that the unit is completely dry, leave the doors open and we will pick-up the unit after you leave campus.
If you have a microwave that is dirty you can put a cup of water inside and cook it for one minute to help loosen up food that may be stuck to the inside of the microwave. (caution water will be hot)

College Products has partnered with the Eastern Kentucky University to provide you with the ability to rent a MicroChill refrigerator/microwave unit.
When your order is placed prior to the delivery dates, your MicroChill will even be delivered to your room! If you miss our delivery date or your unit is not in your room upon your arrival, stop down to the closest College Products distribution location for assistance.
College Products will be able to assist you anytime throughout the academic school year. Our campus manager can assist you with new orders, product related issues, or cancellations.
