While placing your order - if you do not yet know your hall and room number, or your Student ID, you can utilize "Unknown" for your hall and insert "000" for both your room number and Student ID. However, when you do learn this information make sure that you call the office to get this information updated in the system.
It is important that you use an email in the STUDENT EMAIL field that will be checked throughout the year for special offers, cleaning instructions and return details.
For Lofts: If you chose to add Delivery to your loft and you place your order prior to August 1st then the loft will be delivered to your room prior to your move-in day. If you place your ordre AFTER August 1st, please pick up your loft from either of the locations listed in the "Move-in Day Assistance" section.
MOVE-IN DAY ASSISTANCE
College Products will be on campus to provide move-in day support and product distribution. Please stop by our locations on campus to pick up your order or have your questions answered.
Location of Tents: By the Reflecting Pool and Clock Tower off of Greene Street between Sanford and Wells Halls
For sorority early move-in: Aug. 11, 2016 (9:00am to 11:00 am)
For main-campus move-in: Aug. 17, 2016 (9:00am - 1:00pm))

FOR THOSE AT WEST CAMPUS
College Products will be offering Lofts, MicroChills, Futons and Safes to this part of campus starting Fall of 2017. The Delivery of your orders will take place at the same time as the main campus delivery - delivery of orders placed prior to August 1st will be placed in the rooms between August 2nd and August 4th.
For loft orders without the Delivery option or those orders placed after August 1st - tents will be set up on main campus during the posted times (see move-in day assistance to the left). It is possible that a tent location will also be set up on West campus during these days - however a time and location has not been determined yet.
For Collection: Please contact our office to let us know when you will be moving out so that we know when to come in and collect your loft and/or microchill units.
For your Loft: If you are living on main campus, your loft will be collected from your room after you have moved off campus. If you did not pay for the disassembly option, please disassemble your loft before you leave campus.
If you would like to add disassembly click on "Lofts" --> "Loft Add-Ons & Services" --> "Services" --> "Loft Disassembly" and place your order.
For your MicroChill: Before leaving campus, unplug your MicroChill unit, defrost it, clean with soap and water, empty and clean the drip tray (small bowl located on the back of the unit on top of the compressor), make sure that the unit is completely dry, leave the doors open and we will pick-up the unit after you leave campus.
If you have a microwave that is dirty you can put a cup of water inside and cook it for one minute to help loosen up food that may be stuck to the inside of the microwave.
