While placing your order - if you do not yet know your hall and room number, or your Student ID, you can utilize "Unknown" for your hall and insert "000" for both your room number and Student ID. However, when you do learn this information make sure that you call the office to get this information updated in the system.
It is important that you use an email in the STUDENT EMAIL field that will be checked throughout the year for special offers, cleaning instructions and return details.

For your MicroChill: Before returning, unplug your MicroChill unit, defrost it, clean with soap and water, empty and clean the drip tray (small bowl located on the back of the unit on top of the compressor) and make sure that the unit is completely dry.
If you have a microwave that is dirty you can put a cup of water inside and cook it for one minute to help loosen up food that may be stuck to the inside of the microwave.
