While placing your order - if you do not yet know your hall and room number, or your Student ID, you can utilize "Unknown" for your hall and insert "000" for both your room number and Student ID. However, when you do learn this information make sure that you call the office to get this information updated in the system.
It is important that you use an email in the STUDENT EMAIL field that will be checked throughout the year for special offers, cleaning instructions and return details.
College Products will provide move-in day support and late order distribution. If you ordered after our August 1st delivery cut-off date or are in need of assistance we will be glad to help.
College Products will pick up all lofts and refrigerator rentals from your room.
For your MicroChill: Before leaving campus, unplug your MicroChill unit, defrost it, clean with soap and water, empty and clean the drip tray (small bowl located on the back of the unit on top of the compressor), make sure that the unit is completely dry, leave the doors open and we will pick-up the unit after you leave campus.
If you have a microwave that is dirty you can put a cup of water inside and cook it for one minute to help loosen up food that may be stuck to the inside of the microwave. (caution water will be hot)

College Products delivers all ordered products to campus. When your order is placed by August 1st, your items will even be delivered to your room prior to move-in day! All orders include delivery and assembly.
